This is not a typical cooking school course, but rather an intimate lesson taught in a Khmer household.

  • Soup: Kor Ko (mixed vegetables with Khmer paste), mixed vegetables with fish, Khmer curry with chicken, or sour soup with morning glory
  • Mains: fried chicken with Khmer paste, fried noodle, fresh spring roll, or fish amok
  • Dessert: corn delight, sticky rice with custard, banana delight, sweet potatoes with palm sugar, palm fruit with coconut milk, or Nom Po Peay (Khmer cake)
